I do a drum cover of Bullet For my Valentine’s Waking The Demon using drum kit, a program for the 360 that turns your controller, or drums into a real electric drum set. i AM NOT playing guitar hero and i have nothing to go by. I practiced greatly so please no flaming and only constructive critism, Thanks. Hopefully i will be getting a real durmset for my birthday. P.S : and yes that is a spoon my other drum stick broke LMAO!

IMPORTANT READ THIS !! i DO have an ACOUSTIC KIT !! and electrics are not easy to play !! i feel better with the dynamics and comfort and bounce of an ACOUSTIC KIT !! electric kits are HARD to play infact…!! my acoustic is a TRANSPARENT ACRYLIC DOUBLE BASS MONSTER WITH 10 ZILDJIANS…but its in another country and im living in london these days..with space and noise issues…therefore i have an electric kit !! if u think the sounds of the kit sucks in this song then watch my CHOP SUEY video…ive changed the settings and tones and levels alot and improved it… this was my FIRST home video ever !
it recorder directly from my electronic yamaha dtxpress 2 kits onto my jvc everio gz-mg575 camcorder through the mic microphone input.

This is my first video up on youtube.
All my videos are one take recordings. I play drums and guitar , both for over 10 - 11 years now.
I use a Roland TD-12 Electronic drum set, standard 5 piece kit with 2 symbols. ( plus a splash that I might throw in to scare you) lol. Currently not in a band , just flying solo.

Some drummers may ask why I use a electric kit. well, first of all, I would never play live with an electronic kit. I have practiced all my life on a real drum set , but when I moved out I decided to trade for something quieter.
I wish I was playing on a nice acoustic tama set, but for now its all I got.
And to tell you the truth, I personally think its harder to play an electronic drum set and make it sound great.

So yeah, i’ve always thought about covering this song, but my double bass was never fast enough. Although, after tonnes of practice (ok, maybe about 2 weeks :L) i managed to get my feet up to speed, so i thought i’d post this vid. Be nice tho - i don’t usually do metal drumming and there are parts where i got out of time and/or the double bass was too fast. But anyway, asides from that, enjoy =)

Yes i have an electric kit. soon i’ll be getting a mapex pro m, but for now this will have to do. i’m using a yamaha DTXplorer; very good kit, has lasted me for about 3 years, and i would reccomend it to any drummer, experienced or beginner.

Oh my god. This song was harder than i anticipated. Im definetly redoing this. I was fine up until the first double bass bit, but then i went out of time. . Anyway, i just thought i’d put this version up for the time being until i can get a new one done.
