if you learn drums on an electric drum kit will you be awful on acoustic drums?

hmmm well acoustic will be a bit of a change but playing is playing once you switch you’ll get used to the subtle differences

What is the best electric drum kit under £300 and are there any under £200?

The cheapest drumset I know in that price range is the Yoki DD908 which you can buy on Ebay. I have one and its pretty decent for the price. I bought it for $300 which is around 190 british currency. Lots of default drum samples and is velocity sensitive. Its more of a practive drumset as the quality and sound is not good enough for live performance or recording (At least in my opinion). If they do not ship to the UK then maybe you can find a local distributor.
