Is it possible for me to buy a specific digital/electric drum kit without the problem of noise level?

I have the "Rockband" game for Xbox 360, and they can barely live with that. Is there any way for me to get a kind of drum set or accessory that enables me to have a playing noise level under the decibel level of a Rockband drum set, or any other way of solving this problem reasonably?
The Rock Band 1 drum set has a pretty hard surface and is a little loud. I just bought World Tour and they are quieter. As far as electronic sets, the cheaper ones will also have a harder playing surface which equals a louder playing volume. You should go to some music stores with your parents and test out a few kits. Since they are the ones complaining about the noise they should be involved in purchase process. This way you could play them in the store and see what the volume is like. A decent electronic set should not be loud enough to bother your parents unless you are hitting them way too hard.
